B&B Roma Monti offers 4 types of rooms suitable for the needs of those who visit Rome for holiday or business. You can choose the room type that best suits your needs to stay in Rome.

Suite Superior
Book our most beautiful room,a suite of over 24 sqm,with a sitting area and private bathroom.Up to 4 beds in B&B in the centre of Rome.

Superior Room
Superior rooms are large, comfortable and quiet, up to 4 beds with internal private bathroom, TV and independent air-conditioning.
from 90,00 € / per night
Standard Room
Standard rooms are spacious , clean and have all the services of the B&B . With private external bathroom.

La prenotazione di un soggiorno presso il Roma Monti Guest House comporta l’accettazione delle condizioni di vendita e di soggiorno indicate di seguito:
Booking and confirmation
Reservation request can be made by:
- Booking and paying online on our booking online
- by mail to info@bbromamonti.it
- by telephone with subsequent confirmation by mail
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of the agreed amount by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
Payment and balance
The advance payment for the booking confirmation is payable
- from the reservation page by credit card via the secure way Paypal,
- by bank transfer to IBAN indicated on the confirmation mail.
The balance for the entire stay must be paid at check-in by cash or credit card,except otherwise agreed with the management
Cancellation or no show
cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the date of the stay otherwise the 25% of the fee paid will be retained.
Early departures
Early departures and various waivers,once started the stay,are not refundable.
Tourist tax
The city of Rome applies a tourist tax of 3,5 € per person per night for up to 10 days. This charge will be applied in addition to the rate of the rooms.
Property maintenance
The B&B reserves the right of access to rooms to make cleaning and maintenance.
Customer’s responsability
If the customer or his guests would cause damage to the property or its content,the related expenses will be charged on departure and/or at the time of the survey. If the customer lost the assigned keys it would be applied a fee of 100 €.
Valuables and documents should never be left unattended in rooms or in other parts of the B&B. The management declines any responsibility for valuables and objects left in safe and in the room. Guests are required to return the key of the rooms and entrance. In order to ensure more security to all,some of the common areas of the B&B could be subject to video surveillance with remote recording.
B&B responsibility
We decline any responsibility for any damage caused to guest caused from events related to the use of the flat and not included physical and material damages,losses,theft,robbery or other kind of criminal activity.
We explicitly decline any responsibility for loss of values or documents left in the room.
